1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if the item you received is:
Damaged during transit
Defective or non-functional
Significantly different from the product description
To be eligible for a return:
You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
Products without original packaging or with missing components
Change of mind or dissatisfaction without a valid reason related to product condition
3. Return Request Procedure
To initiate a return:
Email [email protected] with the subject line: “Return Request – Order #[YourOrderNumber]”
Include a brief explanation of the issue and photos of the item (showing damage or defect)
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–4 business days. If approved, return instructions will be provided.
4. Return Shipping
In most cases, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
In select situations where the error is on our part (e.g. wrong item sent), we may arrange a pickup or reimburse return shipping.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued as:
Cash refund (only in select regions and delivery zones where applicable)
Please note: refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will not be processed electronically.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the communicated timeframe, please check with us at [email protected]. We will help resolve the issue promptly.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a replacement, please follow the return process and place a new order after your return is approved.
